We won’t allow users involved in the following activities and/or affiliated with 3rd party websites involved in the following activities: spam, erotic content, sex, illegal sale of medicine, online gambling, hate, harrassment, using and/or offering illegal software/media, hacking, cracking, pyramid schemes, cults, cons, or other illegal activities.

You, as a user, are responsible for all content of your guestbook (this includes visitors messages).

Damage

Any damage to Atabook, including damage to third party websites, software, hardware, or other products or services, is not permitted.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances, including negligence, will Kicya or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, reliance on any information obtained through the Service, as well as damages resulting from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or emails, loss of or damage to data, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not caused by acts of God, communication failures, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to Service records, programs, or services. You acknowledge that this provision applies whether or not Kicya is notified of the possibility of such damages, and it covers all content, merchandise, or services available from Kicya or its affiliates. The terms of this section will survive any termination of this agreement.

Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to change the terms of this agreement at any time. By using Atabook, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
